The Ascension Process
By definition, as with all processes, there is a defined Beginning, Middle, and an End point producing a result.
As a service, the Ascension Process is my dedicated, top of the range coaching support, using tried and tested methodology, plus my personal attention and support along the way. The programme is typically designed to last 6 months, after which you will see significant changes in your life, GUARANTEED! Yes that's what I said!...If you've followed the program and taken action and your still not satisfied, I'll refund your fee!... Oh and before you think you can scam me over this, remember I'm there to guide you, if you're not committed and don't want to make changes in your life, that's your fault not mine and I keep the cash! So please no time wasters!
Stage 1 (Values Assessment)
The values assessment is a test, similar to a personality profile. Although the test is straight forward to undertake, the results are quite phenomenal. The associated report also provides guidance on what strategies (and their limitations) you tend to rely on in achieving your results, and what new strategies or behaviours you might adopt to achieve even greater success.
Most people will unconsciously go about their day making decision without really understanding why and how. These decisions are based upon your values, beliefs and decision strategies. The assessment and report will clearly identify your primary and secondary values and more importantly provide an insight into what subtle changes or considerations will have the maximum effect on your results.
Stage 2 (Personal Effectiveness Review)
The Personal Effectiveness Review is an assessment of your values (as identified in stage 1) against your current environment and the world you interact with.
Most "conflict" is a result of misalignment between who you are and the world you operate in. Once you have identified the areas of misalignment, it is easier to determine a strategy for change.
Stage 3 (Values/Activity Ratio)
The Values/Activity Ratio is a time based assessment where over the course of two weeks you track your actual daily activities against your values.
This is an extension of the Personal Effectiveness Review; however in this stage we assess how much of your actual time is spent meeting the full balance of your values.
Stage 4 (Goal Orientation)
Goal Orientation establishes what are your authentic goals and what direction you are drawn toward and where you need to be to achieve a more effective and balanced life. It's not just about setting goals; it's about determining which goals are going to be of more value to you and bring your greater sense of purpose and happiness.
There are many goals: some achievable; some aspirational; and some set by others. This process identifies which goals you "own" and are worth striving for. If the goal is the right one, the journey alone can be just as fulfilling as the end result.
Stage 5 (Project Specification)
The Project Specification adds clear detail, required in achieving any significant improvement.
Value driven Goals should be directional. Their somewhat distant nature means they can sometimes seem out of reach. What gets you there is focusing on simple consecutive actions that will by default keep you moving in the right direction.
Stage 6 (Personality Alignment)
The Personality Alignment is a process whereby we establish who you really are, the authentic you and this relates to you achieving your goals. It identifies the key characteristics that are essential in achieving your success.
Once a clear picture is created; using the most up to date techniques in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, you can unlearn those beliefs and behaviours that hold you back; and learn new characteristic and beliefs that help create results.
Stage 7 (Action Planning)
Action planning is the final stage, where having set a path to success, we start to establish key action points, which as part of the process, establishes means of reward and accountability.
The activities that you engage in are programmed over a period of time and assigned results. For each programme point, a reward is granted, in recognition of the progress made. Throughout this final stage regular support and feedback and accountability is provided.
Throughout the programme (Personal Support)
Don't be mistaken in thinking that this programme is like operating a machine, you are a real person and real people have real lives, anxieties, beliefs and moods. But here's the good news, this isn't just about a set of tools and techniques, the real value is the support and teachings you get along the way that provide you with a new understanding, and new level of consciousness that once understood will significantly impact your life forever!
